Booking & Payment Policy
- A mandatory triage appointment is required prior to booking services. The triage fee will be fully deducted from any formal Occupational Therapy service booked within 8 weeks.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
- Triage fees are non-transferable and must be used within 8 weeks. A new triage may be required after this period to ensure appropriate recommendations.
- All payments are processed securely via encrypted payment systems. We do not store your payment details.
