Mandatory Triage Appointment
The triage fee will be fully deducted from the cost of any service booked within 8 weeks.
OT Consultation & Case Review

🌟 Triage Consultation (Mandatory)
20-30 minutes | EUR 30
A brief initial consultation to clarify needs, determine suitability for occupational therapy input, and identify the most appropriate next steps. This ensures that any ongoing work is safe, relevant, and appropriately matched to the individual or family's needs.
All clients must complete this triage consultation before booking any formal occupational therapy sessions.
🧩 Occupational Therapy Services
Individualised occupational therapy sessions focused on improving participation in meaningful daily activities. Goal-focused, practical, and tailored to your life stage, context, and personal goals.
Booking note: A €100 deposit secures your session; remaining balance due after the session. Flexible scheduling allows you to choose a time that works best for you.
Occupational Therapy Assessment (Virtual)

Adjustment, Burnout & Life Transition Support

Occupational therapy support for individuals experiencing burnout, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty adjusting to life changes, with a focus on restoring balance, identity, and sustainable routines.
OT Report

Comprehensive occupational therapy reporting tailored to your specific needs. Reports are clear, actionable, and designed to support decision-making, referrals, or ongoing intervention plans.

Case Management & Collaborative Support for Children (Ages 6–12)
Practical, structured support for school-aged children and their carers. We work collaboratively to identify needs, set realistic goals, and coordinate care with schools, health professionals, and families. This service is designed to provide guidance, reduce stress, and support daily routines and learning — it does not replace occupational therapy sessions, but complements them with structured planning and coordination.

Booking & Payment Policy
- A mandatory triage appointment is required prior to booking formal Occupational Therapy services. The triage fee will be fully deducted from any OT service booked within 8 weeks.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
- Triage fees are non-transferable and must be used within 8 weeks. A new triage may be required after this period to ensure appropriate recommendations.
- All payments are processed securely via encrypted payment systems. We do not store your payment details.
