These services are tailored to individual needs and are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

2. Appointments & Booking

• Appointments must be booked in advance
• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• By booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions

3. Fees & Payments

• A deposit is payable at the time of booking
• The remaining balance is due after the session
• Payment methods will be outlined at booking

4. Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours or more notice: Appointment may be rescheduled
• Less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance: Deposit is non-refundable

This policy protects allocated clinical time.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and relevant information
• Engage actively in the therapy process
• Attend sessions on time

6. Confidentiality
